The association, which was founded in 2012 in Renningen is exempt from tax as a charitable organization and is authorized to issue appropriate receipts for donations.
The association will run by two board members who will be supported in their work by the members and an advisory council.

Purpose of the association is to promote and implement measures to medical assistance and health care of sick, injured or distressed proportion of the population of Bangladesh, who have no money to get healthcare.
Assistance for the implementation of a health insurance system by consulting the Bangladeshi government and private companies.
Our previous work shows that it is possible for the sick, injured or distressed proportion of the population of Bangladesh, who have no money to obtain healthcare, through the service of Bangladesh Healthcare e.V. to get healthy again and preserve them from certain death.
Bangladesh Health Care Association provides medical assistance in Bangladesh, where health structures have collapsed or population groups are not adequately supplied.
The activities are varied: reconstruction and commissioning of hospitals or health centers, mobile clinics for coverage of rural areas, vaccination programs, medical care in refugee camps, psychological support, development of nutrition centers, water and sanitation projects and health care of vulnerable groups (eg street children , slum dwellers).
We are working in all the projects together with national staff and put value the education and training of local staff.
